1. Business-to-business sales
WLT Global Sourcing LLC (“WLT,” “we,” “us”) provides sourcing and distribution services for business customers (“Customer,” “you”). Our services and sales are intended for B2B transactions.
2. Quotes and invoices
Quotes are valid for a limited time due to price and currency fluctuations. An order is confirmed only after payment is received and the invoice is marked as paid.
3. Product availability and substitutions
Product availability may change. If a specific item becomes unavailable, we may offer an equivalent alternative subject to Customer approval.
4. Lead times and fulfillment
Lead times are estimates and may vary due to supplier production schedules, port congestion, customs processes, carrier delays, or other factors beyond our control.
5. Shipping and risk of loss
Shipping terms will be stated on the invoice or purchase documents (e.g., EXW, FOB, CIF). Responsibility and risk of loss transfer according to the stated terms and carrier acceptance.
6. Taxes, duties, and import requirements
Customer is responsible for all import duties, taxes, customs fees, permits, and compliance requirements in the destination country unless explicitly agreed otherwise in writing.
7. Chargebacks and disputes
If a payment is made by card, Customer agrees not to initiate a chargeback for delivered goods or properly confirmed orders. WLT reserves the right to suspend future service for Customers with disputes or chargebacks.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, WLT is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. WLT’s total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid to WLT for the specific invoice giving rise to the claim.
9. Prohibited use
Customer agrees not to use our services for unlawful activity, sanctions evasion, or prohibited products.
